THE ROLE…

The Regional Account Manager - Fire will be responsible for accountable for building and implementing strategies to maximise Fire opportunities within the market & ensure advancement of the targets for growth. You will be at the helm of our Fire sales team, driving performance and ensuring the achievement of sales revenue and volume KPIs. You will lead the team, manage recruitment, training, and performance reviews, and inspire your team to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, whilst also being responsible for your own Fire sales targets generated from both existing customers and new business opportunities.
Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • First and foremost, you will be responsible and accountable for achieving and exceeding your own sales KPI’s from an activity, revenue and margin perspective.
  • Manage key customer relationships, and ensure high customer retention and satisfaction. Manage performance and drive the team to increase New Business Development.
  • Ensure the sales team are trained on and understand new products and solutions as they enter the market.
  • Ensure the team are maximising sales opportunities through allocated accounts & new business – planned method & approach to win potential business at maximum Gross Margin.
  • Proactively manage CRM system, activity, opportunity pipeline reporting. Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of business development activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development progress, achievements, business plans and challenges for management review.
  • Supply weekly accurate sales forecasts to Head of Regional Sales
  • Observe all health and safety requirements, ensuring that you, and others around you are operating in a safe manner.
