Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the primary contact for client accounts, ensuring their vehicle and service needs are met while driving satisfaction and growth. Your role will include:

  • Managing client accounts and ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Addressing and resolving service, billing issues, etc. promptly.
  • Ensuring customer account profitability.
  • Tracking renewals and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Growing and developing existing accounts through consultative selling.
  • Providing product/service demonstrations based on customer needs.
  • Maintaining detailed reports of account activities and forecasts.
  • Meeting with clients (on-site or remotely) to secure and expand business.
  • Updating and managing accounts in Salesforce CRM.
