Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Regional Account Manager, you’ll build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers. You’ll connect with key decision-makers, provide expert guidance on Kal Tire products and services, and work closely with internal teams to ensure we deliver on our promises. You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities, expanding our market presence, and supporting the success of both our customers and our stores.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and nurture trusted advisor relationships with assigned accounts and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain and grow your regional sales portfolio through proactive engagement and market insight.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services that meet customer needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
  • Support store management in implementing sales strategies.
  • Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Participate in industry events and build networks that strengthen Kal Tire’s presence in the market.
