This role is pivotal in driving business development for both local and regional accounts, ensuring that client relationships are solid and profitable. You will focus on renewing and expanding existing accounts, while also ensuring that workflow and communication remains effective to meet client satisfaction and adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your strategic insight will contribute to the overall success and growth of the business. \n Accountabilities Build and execute an Account Strategy focused on customer satisfaction and business growth. Communicate the business value proposition to clients. Identify upselling opportunities by collaborating with regional and global account managers. Serve as a trusted advisor to meet client needs. Prioritize and escalate issues while achieving SLAs. Collaborate with internal teams while maintaining accountability for client relationships. Maintain accurate forecasts of revenues within your portfolio. Document customer interactions and manage opportunities and risks. Develop secondary clients into key accounts. Participate in business reviews to ensure high standards of service. Keep abreast of the company's services and competitor strategies. Requirements Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience. At least 5 years of experience managing and growing accounts. Experience in strategic account management, revenue forecasting, and operational support. Proven problem resolution and escalation skills. Experience in a matrix organization requiring strong influencing skills. Preferably 2 years of experience in an Account Executive role. Highly developed consultative account management skills. Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability. Effective communication skills across all organizational levels. Strong time management and prioritization skills under pressure.
