Position Summary: We’re looking for a highly motivated and personable Account Manager to serve as the main point of contact for our clients. In this role, you’ll build and maintain long-term relationships, understand client needs, and ensure a seamless experience from onboarding through ongoing support. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that exceed expectations and drive growth. This is a role for someone who loves solving problems, working cross-functionally, and making an impact.
Important Requirement: This is a road warrior position. You must be comfortable traveling extensively and staying overnight Monday through Thursday each week to visit client sites and support customer needs in the field.
Salary: $75,000 annually plus commission. You will receive 2.5% commission on all sales growth above your annual baseline.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Develop trusted relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., sales results and client retention)
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling
  • Resolve client issues and complaints quickly and effectively
