QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have customer service experience and/ or sales experience.
  • Automotive industry specific experience an asset.
  • Extraordinary sales problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively listen and understand the needs of a prospect and identify and recommend effective solutions.
  • Excellent initiative, organization, time management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Have a positive and hard-working attitude always willing to provide an extra level of service to your prospects and customers.
  • Be a team player and willing to dynamically work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Experience working in a self-directed (i.e. at your home) environment is essential.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both written and oral formats is required.
  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel periodically.
  • Fluency in French is an asset

    Pay: $48,000.00-$68,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and support existing client portfolio
  • This is a hybrid position that requires visits to clients
  • Provide product support and tutorials to clients
  • Provide in-person support to dealerships when needed in Western Canada
  • Identify sales opportunities in a well-defined target marketplace.
  • Assist with nurturing campaigns for existing and potential clients
  • Identify human resources and health & safety compliance requirements and key goals.
  • Prepare product demonstrations, and proposal documentation to assist the sales team to close business deals.
  • Compliment and maintain relationships within target and related verticals, and with industry partners, to develop new opportunities and communicate our value proposition with the focus on long term revenue growth.
  • Assist with the resolution of software service requests
