Responsibilities

As a Regional Account Manager for a leading manufacturer in the lighning industry in Germany, you have the opportunity to showcase your commercial talents. You get to build and maintain strong relationships with customers in your region. With your expertise and enthusiasm, you are able to identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.
An important part of your role is to create and execute account plans. Here you focus on achieving sales targets and increasing turnover. You closely monitor and report on market trends and competitive activities. Based on these insights you can make strategic decisions and determine the right approach.
As a Regional Account Manager you are responsible for managing and developing customer accounts in the German market. You identify new business opportunities and partnerships and understand the specific needs of customers. Based on this, you offer customized lighting solutions. By building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, you will contribute to achieving the company’s revenue goals. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve set goals.
Together, you will ensure customer satisfaction and that any concerns or issues are resolved quickly.You will also provide valuable market insights and feedback to the product development team so they can continue to improve and customize products to meet customer needs.
