The Regional Administration Coordinator is responsible for providing high level of administrative and reception services that include the oversite of the central intake system that support and enhance the effective delivery of CatholicCare NT Programs and ensures efficient execution of tasks and responsibilities to support these programs.
This position has a particular focus on direct supervision of the reception and intake team, liaison with staff, Property, Fleet and Maintenance, coordinating matters pertaining to daily operations, building maintenance and resource management, as well direct oversite of the centralised intake system and system.
