About the Role As Regional Aftersales Specialist – Slovakia, you will support the development and performance of BYD’s aftersales service network across the Slovak market. Acting as a key interface between BYD and regional dealers and service partners, you will help drive service readiness, performance improvement, customer satisfaction, and the successful execution of aftersales initiatives. This role requires strong coordination skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work closely with internal teams and external partners in a fast-growing automotive environment. Key Objectives & Responsibilities Drive and support partners’ service preparation, execution, and performance assessment. Ensure achievement of annual service targets and support continuous service level improvement. Conduct regular dealer visits and organize meetings, workshops, and business reviews with regional partners. Support development, execution, and evaluation of aftersales projects and initiatives. Ensure high service network quality through timely training, tooling, and supportive materials. Monitor customer satisfaction (NPS) and support partners in timely complaint resolution and goodwill processes. Coordinate spare parts deliveries with Supply Chain teams and support parts service level improvements. Support after-market activities and service campaign implementation in the Slovak market. Key Results Service Network Performance Improved dealer service readiness and operational performance. Successful execution of aftersales initiatives and campaigns. Customer Satisfaction Effective support of NPS improvement actions and complaint resolution. Operational Coordination Timely dealer engagement and structured performance monitoring. Required Qualifications & Competencies Education & Experience Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, or automotive aftersales environment. Experience working with dealer networks is an advantage. Languages Fluent English and native Slovak. Chinese is a plus. Personal Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented mindset with active listening capability. Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Strong time management and organizational skills. Hands-on, proactive approach and team-player attitude.
