Job Type: Full-time with overtime
Experience: 3+ or more years of experience in aggregate and management
Reports to: Division Manager, has supervisory responsibility
Wage: $100,000 - $150,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)

JOB SUMMARY:

The Regional Aggregate Manager (WY, MT, SD) will be responsible for the management of all wash plants (12), permitting all the aggregate sites, recording inventory for aggregate sites, and ensuring all reporting to the accounting department is completed. This position will work closely with the regional aggregate production manager. The position will be based out of Sundance, WY, and report to the Division Manager.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Consent to authorization of a pre-employment work screen, drug test, and motor vehicle record request.
  • Knowledge of the State Department of Environmental Quality’s rules and regulations.
  • MSHA Part 46 and 48 miner certifications.
  • Heavy equipment and mechanical experience.
  • Must have experience in limestone crushing and alluvial deposits (silt, sand, gravel, etc.).

Responsibilities
  • Develop adherence to site-specific budgets and forecasts.
  • Sales to contractors, vendors, and customers.
  • Organize and coordinate maintenance tasks to ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
  • Responsible to promote clean, safe, and well-organized work locations.
  • Coordinate machine maintenance and repairs (i.e., change out screens, rollers, cone liners, repair conveyors, grease moving machine parts, etc.)
  • Perform location inspections and appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the public.
  • Evaluate the needs of personnel and ensure proper hiring and training are completed promptly.
  • Development and yearly refinement of capital expenditures, including planning and execution of capital projects.
  • Be a leader in promoting safety as a core value and ensure effective implementation of safety programs and compliance with OSHA and MSHA regulations.
  • Interact with department heads at the corporate office to ensure proper reporting of payroll hours, staffing changes, crew and equipment movements, production tonnages, mechanical breakdowns, and quality issues.
