Analyzes current processes and generate solutions to improve business performance and efficiency of the region Places, formats, and synthesizes content into set templates for one-pagers and presentations using company branded guidelines Attends meetings with the Regional Business Service Officer or Regional Business Development Manager to find solutions to complex problems Manages databases, spreadsheets, and other software platforms to automate business functions and to track business activities Generates reference documents, reports, and charts Assists the Regional Business Service Officer with coordination of local operational and client service support within the region for newly recruited Financial Advisors Assists the Regional Business Service Officer in responding to client operational or service complaints escalated from Business Service Managers Supports the Regional Business Development Manager in identifying the region's largest growth opportunities across the platform Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to identify issues and trends in order to anticipate change and provide recommended solutions and remedies Exceptional organizational skills Ability to organize and prioritize workflow and assignments in a deadline oriented environment Ability to interact with support staff and all levels of Firm Management Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent judgment and ability to be discreet in all manners Outstanding interpersonal skills Strong work ethic Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $68,000 - $95,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
