Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive market entry and growth strategy for Mexico. Identify, qualify, and secure new business partnerships and clients. Key Info Location: Mexico, or US Job Type: Full-time What We’re Looking For in You: Subject matter expert on the application of FR3 fluid Bachelor’s degree in a related field Ability to travel up to 50%. 4 years of related work experience. Experience with insulating liquids in transformers Required: Proven track record in business development, sales, or market expansion, specifically within the Mexican market. Required: Fluency in Spanish and English is essential. Required: Deep cultural and business understanding of Mexico. Ideal Candidate: A strategic, self-motivated professional with excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Also, experience with FR3 Fluids in the Oil / Refinery / Drilling industry, and Transformer design experience & hands on with Oils and lubricants.
