As our Regional Area Project Specialist (m/f/d), you will play a vital role in supporting the Head of Region EMEA in advancing key projects across our Region International Markets, encompassing over 90 countries across three regions focused on distribution partner business. You will work closely with Area Managers to drive sales and growth within the LATAM region. This role demands a strong understanding of regional projects, revenue streams, budgets, and performance metrics, alongside an active involvement in regional business development initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Support the Regional Head and Area Managers in managing specific projects across the region. Lead key project-related tasks such as project planning, progress tracking, documentation, reporting, and internal stakeholder coordination.
  • Business Development: Conduct comprehensive market analyses and gather in-depth business intelligence to aid in regional business development (e.g., white-spot analysis, identification of potential partners, and other growth opportunities within the region).
  • Regional Project Implementation: Serve as the primary contact for regional strategic projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure milestone achievements. Key activities may include planning new product launches, market access initiatives, new indication roll-outs, and LOE planning.
  • Project Tracking & Reporting: Assist the Regional Head in providing regular project status updates through organized meetings, presentations, and reports for senior management.
  • Topic Ownership: Take end-to-end responsibility for specific internal processes across the entire region (e.g., contract management including annex tracking, stakeholder management, MMA process oversight, and price list administration).
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements within regional projects to streamline workflow and enhance overall project efficiency.
  • Risk Mitigation: Develop strategies to proactively address potential project risks and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
