Regional Assistant Sales Manager – Southern Province   Job Responsibilities * Lead and manage sales operations in the Southern Province, ensuring achievement of regional sales targets, GP margins and business growth. * Develop sales strategies to expand market share for medical equipment and healthcare solutions in the region. * Monitor and support field sales activities, client visits, product demonstrations and regional promotional initiatives. * Build and sustain long-term relationships with hospital administrators, consultants, procurement teams and other medical/paramedical stakeholders. * Review client requirements, coordinate with internal teams and submit high-quality proposals, tender documents and quotations. * Identify emerging opportunities, track competitor activities and provide market intelligence to support strategic decision-making. * Maintain accurate records of sales performance, customer interactions, debtors and follow-ups, while ensuring timely reporting to management.   Candidate Profile  * Passion to develop a career in Sales and Marketing and grow with a leading Business to Business (B2B) Marketing Company. * B.Sc. Degree in Biology / Physical Science/ Marketing/Business Management or an equivalent qualification. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop professional relationships in the knowledge-based industry. * Ability and willingness to travel extensively across the Southern Province, visiting hospitals and medical institutions, and working extended hours when required.  * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in medical equipment sales, healthcare solutions, or B2B technical sales.     If you think you have what it takes to be successful in this challenging role, please apply within 14 days of this publication.
