Description
The Enterprise Beverage Manager directs and coordinates the activities of Beverage Sales and Service across assigned branches within the Shamrock Enterprise. (S)he obtains optimal business support by serving as the primary manager of assigned territories, ensuring effective and consistent communication, supporting business initiatives of Beverage Manufacturing, managing budgets, and facilitating collaboration and coordination between Branch Leadership and Support Services. (S)he identifies and communicates to the Enterprise Beverage Sales Manager regular progression and new business opportunities, growth plans and is accountable for achieving all strategic goals and objectives as directed. Essential Duties: Develops, implements, and manages mission critical sales plans and service SOPs that directly correspond with Divisional growth strategies. Provides excellent leadership to all subordinates, helping them to achieve sales goals or service standards by working directly with them in their territories, providing one-on-one coaching and role development, regular performance evaluations and by holding all accountable to the expected results. Accountable to the accuracy and integrity of pipeline, sales, asset and service data in approved systems to facilitate accurate reporting across the Enterprise; Develops and reports on Key Performance Indicators that provide Executive Leadership with detailed information to better assess and compare overall divisional strategies. Participate in branch level GSM’s, Expo’s, etc., and be an expert influencer for the Beverage Division. Develop and manage equipment refurbishing centers. Authorize asset purchase, service, repair, and replacement costs to budget. Develop and maintain the service catalog for equipment, parts and labor. Performing other duties as assigned to meet business needs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred- or commensurate work experience. 5+ years of experience leading sales teams of 5 or more. Experience with Direct Store Delivery models, National accounts, Retail Chain and Foodservice Distribution. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Ability to learn and master SaaS platforms (Salesforce, etc). Must be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which may be subject to evenings, weekends and holidays. This role requires up to 30% day and overnight travel.
