Our client is seeking a driven and experienced Regional Branch Operations Manager – Commercial and Residential to oversee day-to-day operations across a dynamic and fast-paced industry. This role carries full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility and involves leading branch performance, managing logistics and compliance, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery to residential, commercial, and agricultural clients. A key focus of this role is optimizing branch operations and driving residential sales growth. Compensation range: $90,000 – $110,000+

DESCRIPTION

  • Health & Safety Leadership: Champion a safe work environment by ensuring adherence to safety protocols and conducting root cause analyses to prevent incidents.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with industry regulations including TSSA, Ministry of Labour, and Ministry of Environment.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations to maintain high standards in cleanliness and organization of vehicles, offices, and bulk plants.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized service that exceeds expectations. -
  • Efficiency & Growth: Drive operational efficiencies while leading initiatives to grow the business through local sales efforts and community engagement.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and support a team of employees to deliver top-tier service, implement coaching strategies, and address performance needs. -
  • Supplier & Contractor Relationships: Cultivate relationships with suppliers and service contractors to support operational needs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience leading operations in a customer-focused environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with prior experience managing teams of 10+ employees.
  • Solid business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Hands-on experience in trucking operations, equipment installations, and route dispatching is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong integrity, sound business judgment, and initiative.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites and other locations as needed.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, and weekends, and respond to after-hours calls.
