Position Summary Role and Responsibilities Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies for the region to achieve key business goals and KPIs Independently manage research & insights study to inform and sharpen marketing campaigns Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, make adjustments as needed, and report findings to senior management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand messaging and deliver a consistent experience across all touchpoints. Manage end-to-end campaign project management, including strategy development, execution, monitoring, and evaluation. Manage agency relationships and roster selection for advertising and marketing projects. Demonstrated ability to report concise project goals and outcomes to a C suite audience Work closely with team leaders to build brand marketing capabilities in the region Skills and Qualifications Key Success Factors: Strong analytical and planning skills to identify market trends & opportunities Strong business acumen Data and Consumer driven mind set, demonstrated through the use of consumer insights to inform brand marketing campaigns Excellent communication and relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders Proven track record to develop and execute successful marketing strategies that drive sales growth and increase market share Resilience and adaptability to handle challenges and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment Active problem-solver with a proactive approach to addressing issues and finding solutions Able to work with ambiguity A sense of humor to foster positive team dynamics Qualification: Masters/Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field from a reputable institution (A good honors degree preferred) 8-10 years of relevant marketing experience MS Applications Well versed in using data analytics tools e.g. Qlik, Tableu, Sprinklr Command for South east Asian languages and/or Korean is a plus * Please visit Samsung membership to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location.
