JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is a premier financial services provider specializing in wealth management, investment solutions, fintech services. As they continue to expand their presence across APAC, EMEA, etc, they are now seeking a Regional Brand Manager to drive brand positioning, marketing strategy, and customer engagement across multiple markets. The Regional Brand Manager will lead brand strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, and market positioning to strengthen brand equity and customer trust.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 5+ years of brand management experience within financial services, banking, fintech, or asset management.
  • Strong expertise in brand positioning, content marketing, and digital marketing.
  • Experience in regulatory-compliant marketing and financial industry branding.
  • Proficiency in data-driven marketing, customer analytics, and performance tracking.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple countries and cultures.Fluency in local/regional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional brand strategies aligned with corporate objectives and local market nuances.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital, traditional media, and customer communications.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to refine branding efforts.
  • Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and offline activations.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and local marketing teams to support product launches and customer engagement.
  • Manage brand storytelling, content development, and public relations strategies.
  • Position the brand as a trusted leader in wealth management, fintech, investment, or corporate banking.
  • Develop thought leadership initiatives, such as industry reports, expert insights, and executive branding.
  • Implement customer segmentation strategies to enhance personalization and client retention.
  • Ensure all brand and marketing activities adhere to financial industry regulations and compliance guidelines.
  • Partner with legal and compliance teams to approve marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Monitor brand reputation and manage crisis communication strategies when necessary.
  • Work with advertising agencies, media partners, and digital platforms to optimize brand campaigns.
  • Align with global and local teams to adapt branding strategies for different financial markets.Present brand performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
