As Regional Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll report directly to the Regional Head of Brand Marketing, taking the lead on shaping and executing regional brand strategies across ten markets. Your mission? Develop, manage, and execute cross-channel campaigns that not only resonate locally but also align seamlessly with Wolt’s global brand standards.
You’ll work closely with internal design teams, external creative agencies, local marketing teams, and the global brand team—ensuring our brand stays consistent yet flexible enough to connect with diverse audiences. This role is a perfect blend of strategy, creativity, project management, and executional excellence, making sure Wolt stands out in every market we serve!

Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-channel campaign development, from concept execution—working with internal designers and external agencies.
  • Streamline campaign production: from concept planning to TVC recordings – you will bring together internal stakeholders, creative designers, agencies, copywriters, etc. to make the magic happen.
  • Oversee the production of always-on performance marketing assets, ensuring smooth workflows and timely delivery.
  • Manage local creative requests, ensuring brand materials meet both global brand guidelines and local market needs.
  • Keep things on track! Manage project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to meet campaign deadlines.
  • Maintain high creative standards—working alongside the central brand team to ensure top-quality, on-brand marketing materials.
