ABOUT THE ROLE

As Regional Business Development Lead, Aerospace & Defense you will be a senior leader responsible for expanding Qt’s footprint across key regional Aerospace and Defense markets. You will define and execute strategic initiatives that align with our growth ambitions and customer needs in mission-critical environments. This role combines strategic industry relationship development, customer engagement, product positioning, and cross-functional leadership. As an industry expert in mission-critical software environments, you will drive Qt adoption across air, land, naval systems. You’ll be the face of Qt’s Aerospace & Defense offerings in the region, collaborating closely with product, sales, marketing, and executive leadership to drive visibility, adoption, and long-term customer success. This is a hybrid role based in Boston, MA or Dallas, TX.
