The Regional Business Development Manager (RBDM) is responsible for driving strategic growth across a defined multi-location region by increasing market share and gross profit through new business acquisition and expansion of existing accounts. This role will focus on high-value targets and regional opportunities, while also collaborating closely with local Business Development Managers (BDMs) and cross-functional teams to align efforts with JAS’ overall commercial strategy.
