THE OPPORTUNITY

Veolia is currently seeking an experienced and driven people person to lead the sales and business development efforts for the Southwest region (Kalgoorlie, Bunbury, Geralton), with a focus on securing additional sales from existing and new customers.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing and growing our existing customer accounts through exceptional service and consultative selling. A key component is acting as the trusted advisor and main point of contact to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of customer accounts
  • Proactively reach out to customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for additional products/services
  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing any issues or questions
  • Conduct periodic account review meetings with key customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Gather customer feedback and relay insights back to internal teams
  • Negotiate custom solutions or package deals to retain important accounts
  • Utilise CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales tools to effectively manage your account portfolio
