An exciting opportunity has become available to join us as our new Regional Business Lead in our South West region. Leading on four key areas of regional delivery – safety, quality, finance and service delivery - this role provides critical support to RNLI Lifesaving teams, ensuring all of these core functions are in place to undertake their lifesaving work.

This leadership role would suit someone who is a team player, with very strong communication, collaboration and influencing skills, capable of working under pressure to tight deadlines, and experienced working with complex structures and compliance requirements.
