📍 South Brisbane & Gold Coast ⏱️ Permanent full time, reporting to State Leader, QLD 👥 Lead a dispersed portfolio of dental centres The Opportunity We’re seeking a commercially astute Regional Business Leader to take ownership of a diverse, multi-site portfolio across South Brisbane and the Gold Coast. This is a senior business leadership role, responsible for driving financial performance, operational consistency and people capability across a geographically dispersed network. You’ll lead through influence, data and strong commercial decision-making—ensuring each centre operates as a high-performing business while delivering an outstanding patient experience. This role suits a leader who thrives in complexity, is comfortable balancing people leadership with hard commercial outcomes, and brings a strong business lens to healthcare or service-based environments. Your Portfolio You’ll lead a network of 12 dental centres across: Burleigh Heads, Ballina, Browns Plains, Coomera, Helensvale, Loganholme, Mount Gravatt, Mount Ommaney, Redbank Plains, Runaway Bay, Robina and Tweed Heads. What You’ll Be Responsible For As a Regional Business Leader, you’ll have full accountability for commercial performance, operational execution and leadership capability across your portfolio. Lead, coach and performance-manage Centre Leaders across a dispersed, multi-site network Drive financial performance, including revenue growth, cost control, productivity and EBIT outcomes Own regional budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting Translate state strategy into disciplined, consistent execution across all centres Use data and commercial insights to identify opportunities to lift utilisation, patient access and centre efficiency Build strong, credible partnerships with dental practitioners to support engagement, retention and growth Ensure operational consistency, governance and compliance across all sites Lead change, continuous improvement and business initiatives in partnership with central support teams Actively manage risk, performance variability and capability gaps across the region About You You’re a commercially driven leader with a proven ability to lead multiple sites, influence at scale and deliver measurable business outcomes.
