Job Description As a Regional Business Manager you will play a key part in developing the business growth objectives by way of working within a defined geographical location to increase brand awareness, partner and consumer experience within the vehicle servicing and maintenance industry. Additional Information Responsibilities; Managing a portfolio of existing accounts, touching base and visiting sites on a regular basis to support and maintain business relations. General business development. Sales & Marketing activities (which may include working weekends) Lead generation and prospecting. Growth of branded independent garage network proposition. Training / Coaching clients and partners of the business. Analysis of market trends to generate business growth opportunities. Circa 40%(+) field based working (lone working). Candidate requirements; Automotive knowledge preferably within aftersales operations. Driving licence and access to a vehicle. Contacts within the automotive industry (preferred) Prepared for occasional nights away from home. Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders and existing parties. Strong networking skills to build relationships with prospective and existing clients. Strong Negotiating skills. Project management skills. Ability to adapt to changes in direction. Good time keeping skills
