Purpose The Regional Business Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new customers and expanding market share for Henry Schein One. This role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their business needs, and delivering tailored solutions that enhance practice efficiency and patient care. The Regional Business Manager plays a key role in executing sales strategies and contributing to the overall success of the business. What you'll do Sales Work with new clients to determine their present and future needs and propose suitable products, services and upgrades in order to maintain and grow revenue for Henry Schein One Identify and close sales from new clients Identifying opportunities for internal sales teams to sell additional services such as training and consultancy to the existing customer base Negotiate pricing with prospective customers Submission of relevant orders with required paperwork completed Lead generation & Sales Pipe Management Maintain call rates and contact with potential customers. In territory act as the main interface between the customer and the organisation to ensure an optimal level of sales and service is provided at all times Leverage customer & supplier relationship in order to promote HSO as a quality supplier of dental practice management systems Identify and gain new business through a sustained program of cold calling, mailing and following up referrals/ leads and keeping abreast of competitor’s sales strategies Enter all new leads in to the CRM Maintain & manage all prospect contact and ensure every interaction is recorded in the CRM Update value, expected close date & % probability Business Insight Seminars, Tradeshows & Other Events Understand, participate and present Business Insight Seminars Attend and represent the business at relevant events as required Marketing Conducting, coordinating and participating in Sales promotions, demonstrations, campaign and events in order to promote HSO to the wider dental community. Henry Schein Alliances Build strategic relationships with key Henry Schein reps and managers in the Territory Market and Competitive Analysis Provide competitive reviews of product and sales strategies. Identify counter measures. Understand and advise the company on the developing trends and need of the market. Product Knowledge Maintain sound product and industry knowledge. Understand how the various functionality of all HSO products can address various customer needs To be an effective member of the Henry Schein One Team Provide assistance to other team members when requested Attendance and participation at team and Company meetings All required paperwork is completed Contribute to new ideas and continuous improvement in internal sales processes. Contribute to team work output What you’ll bring with you Experience: At least 5 years’ sales experience within a business to business environment Education: Tertiary education or equivalent work experience Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Achievement of monthly customer targets and team targets set to ensure existing customers continue to use the services by: Engaging with customers to schedule value-added product configuration Consulting with existing customers to drive increased product use Monitoring existing customers to ensure customers continue to use relevant products Problem solve and continuously challenge the way that we and the practice function To provide thought leadership in the relevant products To engage with SOE management and third parties to help identify opportunities and initiatives for improving sales and customer retention for each product Assist existing relevant product customers with software queries Monday – Friday standard business hours, although additional hours (including some out of hours work) may be required.
