Regional Business Manager Distribution     Purpose of the Role   As a Regional Business Manager, you will be responsible for the buildup and growth of the Agency operations in his designated geographical block through the following key activities: recruitment of Managing Partners (MP), identification of strategic locations to set up branch offices, branch expansion and design/implementation of contests and drives to boost sales and manpower count.   You will also be responsible in manpower and handling management issues  such as but not limited to agent validation and termination, as well as working with relevant back office departments for resolution.     Responsibilities of the Role   Recruitment of MPs   Initiate sourcing of MP candidates and be directly involved in the negotiation of recruiting them in the Grafting or MDA program. Active involvement in the selection of prospective MPs to ensure the prescribed qualities and skills are possessed by the prospective MP recruit/s. Active involvement in the Recruitment, Onboarding, Activation, and Retention (ROAR) of MP recruits.   Branch office expansion   Ensure the physical office (regional, satellite, or training hub) is conducive, operable, and compliant to Allianz standards for use of MP and their corresponding team/s. Active involvement in the selection of prospective MPs and their prospective teams to ensure the prescribed qualities and skills are possessed by the prospective MP recruit/s compliant with Allianz standards. Look for and negotiate (compliant to Allianz standards) a physical branch office for new and existing teams to use in the operation of their Allianz distribution business.   Issues management and collaboration with Head Office on production-related matters   Create, prepare, and launch programs in collaboration with the training department that would enhance leader (MPs and ALs) training and development. Work closely with ADMs in ensuring regular goal setting and business review sessions are held consistently and efficiently. Conceptualize, prepare and launch initiatives and programs that will increase Manpower, Activity Ratio, Case count, and Case size (MACC).     Requirements for the Role   Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or related field 3-5 years of experience as a successful sales representative Should have excellent motivational and supervisory skills. Communication and leadership skills are essential and would be beneficial when it comes to recruiting, training and retraining talents. Be able to design and implement both short-term and long -term business strategies.
