The Position
The Regional BPM Methodology Manager strongly contributes to ensuring that any Aspire deployment within the region is appropriately planned, prepared and executed, particularly with regard to the Aspire guiding principles and ambitions, such as harmonizing and standardizing business processes, simplifying the system landscape, and designing solutions end-to-end.
As a member of the local and regional deployment teams, the incumbent is accountable that local and regional deployment and adoption of the Aspire Global Template are in line with the Global Template governance and the BPM framework.
This specifically involves (Senior) Stakeholder Management, Organizational Change Management, as well as alignment and coordination with other major initiatives and activities in the region.
The Regional BPM Methodology Manager will collaborate jointly with the Aspire Global Template Governance organization and the Deployment teams in planning, ramp-up, change management, communication, and adherence to the global Aspire BPM framework, especially related to the Template governance procedures.
The Regional BPM Methodology Manager will then be in a position to lead the regional Deployment team, the deployment partner, sites, affiliates, and workstreams in their activities, and to ensure clear communications, process scoping, decision making, and documentation. The Regional BPM Methodology Manager is accountable for ensuring that work streams, as well as the Deployment Partner teams, are adequately supported from a BPM perspective, ensuring that regional and local deployment activities and timelines are respected.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Science.
- Preferred certifications in BPM, Operational Excellence/Lean Six Sigma.
- 7+ years experience in end-to-end business processes and change management.
- Strong influence, coaching, and multicultural work environment skills. Fluent in English, any additional languages are a plus.
