We are a growing direct sales company looking for a Regional Campaign Coordinator to join our Canterbury based operations. In this key role, you will support the planning, execution, and oversight of regional sales campaigns, ensuring smooth operations and high-performance delivery across our sales work force in the Canterbury region.
As part of the role, we offer a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week, and a competitively wages ranging from $25 to $26 per hour based on skillsets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the planning and execution of time-bound regional campaigns, including the development of campaign concepts, plans, and materials, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational timelines, while managing associated resources.
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal campaign support, responding to escalated stakeholder inquiries, resolving operational queries and ensuring campaign materials and documentation are properly managed
  • Organize and maintain all campaign documentation, such as contracts, reports, and schedules, ensuring that they are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with internal policies and regulations.
  • Monitor campaign workflows and raise any issues that may affect operational delivery to ensure smooth campaign operations and the achievement of campaign objectives.
  • Monitor the progress of campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are met on time, and escalate any significant deviations to the senior management for resolution.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external clients where needed, contributing to the negotiation of service terms and delivery expectations to support campaign success.
  • Prepare campaign activity summaries, highlighting key issues, operational challenges, and offering insights for the continuous improvement of campaign delivery.
  • Contribute to post-campaign analysis and reviews by tracking the effectiveness of campaign activities, identifying trends, and providing recommendations for optimization in future campaigns.
  • Ensure all campaign processes comply with company procedures and relevant legal requirements

Job requirements:

  • Minimum 2 year of direct sales experience (essential)
  • A qualification in Business or Management or a related field is an advantage, but not necessary
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Confident using digital tools (Excel, CRM systems, reporting software)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
