Position: Regional Campaign Manager Department: Campaigns and Training Reports to: Director of Campaigns and Training Location: Remote (Full-Time Contract) Role Overview Reform UK is seeking a team of highly organised Regional Campaign Managers with a combination of technical, interpersonal, and analytical skills to join our growing Campaigns and Training team. Responsible for overseeing the campaigns within their specific region. This role ensures the effective coordination of candidates and volunteers, maintains administrative consistency, and guarantees timely delivery of campaign materials. The post-holder will work closely with the HQ team and volunteers to ensure campaigns are professionally run and aligned with national strategy. You’ll be a natural people-person with sharp administrative and organisational skills, able to juggle multiple priorities and play a vital role in driving results across the UK. The regions we are looking for campaign managers for are: - East Midlands - Eastern - London - North East - Scotland - South East - South West - West Midlands Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate all Reform UK local by-election campaigns within your region. Support and help run the ground game for Parliamentary By-Elections within your region. Work with branches to make sure high quality literature is being delivered regularly. Work with branches to make sure regularly canvassing is taking place across your region. Hold regular face to face campaign training for volunteers within your region. Monitor campaign progress and provide regular reports to the HQ team. Ensure adherence to legal and electoral requirements. What We're Looking For: Strong organisational and administrative skills. Experience in political campaigning & election management. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Knowledge of electoral law and procedures.
