$1,000 Sign-On Bonus — Earn $500 on Your First Paycheck Regional CDL-A run for drivers with weekly home time, steady miles, and 100% no-touch freight. Simple, consistent, and reliable. Job Details Regional routes with weekly 34-hour reset at home. Average 2,200–2,500 miles per week. Average haul around 300 miles. Freight is 100% no-touch with 50–60% drop & hook. Equipment and Support 2021+ Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth, automatic. Truck can be taken home. Pay and Bonuses $0.54–$0.60 CPM based on experience. Typical weekly gross $1,200–$1,500. Detention after 2 hours: $12.50/hr. Layover/breakdown: $100/day. $1,000 sign-on paid $500 after first load + $500 after 30 days. Performance bonus up to 3 CPM.
