We are currently seeking a Regional Cementitious-Resin Flooring Systems Specialist to support the growth of MAPEI’s cementitious and resin flooring systems within a defined U.S. territory. This role partners closely with sales and leadership to drive demand through product knowledge, field support, customer engagement, and relationship development across key market segments. Responsibilities Execute regional sales strategies established by leadership to support growth objectives. Support the sales organization in developing relationships that drive sales results. Deliver sales presentations, hands-on demonstrations, and jobsite support alongside sales teams. Engage design professionals, specifiers, and contractors to support project development and close opportunities. Provide customer education through presentations, applicator training, and technical consultations. Assist in evaluating and resolving product-related claims. Represent MAPEI at tradeshows and industry events to promote brand awareness. Participate in local and regional trade associations to strengthen MAPEI’s market presence. Maintain professional conduct and contribute to a collaborative, team-focused culture. Adhere to all MAPEI policies, safety rules, and work procedures. Perform assigned tasks in conformance with procedures and instructions established in the Business Management System (BMS) and in compliance with applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulatory requirements. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and four (4) years of relevant technical or field sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience (minimum high school diploma or equivalent required). Strong knowledge of industrial cementitious and resin flooring systems. Solid understanding of construction processes and field applications. Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. High ethical standards and commitment to company values. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work remotely and independently. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
