Description Now Hiring – Regional Center Lead Location: Naples, North Naples, Estero, Bonita Springs Status: Full time Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00 pm Radiology Regional is one of the largest physician-driven diagnostic imaging providers, with 13 imaging centers, in Southwest Florida. We are seeking an imaging services regional center manager with a passion to care for others in the communities we serve. For over 50 years we have earned trust and confidence because of their patient care experience. Job Summary for Regional Center Lead: Under the general supervision of the regional center manager, senior manager, and executive director of operations, this position includes supervising and performing a variety of duties that require independent judgement with ingenuity and initiative. Assumes responsibility for designated areas, workflow or tasks as required. Actively and collaboratively build business opportunities to maximize resources for maximum revenue. Provide imaging services by supervising, directing, and coordinating diagnostic imaging procedures, overseeing staff in operation of all diagnostic equipment. Assist in selecting, on-boarding, orientating, and training new hire employees under their direction. Responsible for assigning, coaching, counseling, disciplining employees, and communicating job expectations. Provide input to senior leadership regarding employee job performance, morale, staffing, work methods, procedures, related personnel matters, and equipment performance. Meet imaging operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans to ensure productivity, quality, patient-service standards, resolve problems, and identify system improvements. Work collaboratively to implement and sustain change associated with process improvement standards. Review staffing for appropriate coverage and resource management. Responsible for control of overtime and thorough documentation of over utilization. Maintain financial integrity of operations by analyzing available expense reports to determine problem areas, potential savings, and ways to reduce operating costs. Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. CPR Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Minimum of 1 year radiology experience required. Supervisory or management experience preferred. Ability to handle stressful and emergent situations with a calm and rational demeanor. Ability to channel concerns appropriately, deal with conflict timely and confidential.
