Description
What you´ll do Strengthen regional channel leadership, orchestrating cross-country and cross-functional teams inside the business unit General Manufacturing and Maintenance and across Henkel to ensure organizational success. Steer and co-lead strategic channel development, maintain the regional route-to-market playbook, and drive distribution excellence with global and regional key stakeholders. Ensure region-wide alignment on the distributor management system—covering selection, contracting, price & service discipline—and ensure implementation. Embed a well-structured and systematic performance governance framework by defining clear performance metrics, deploying granular tracking tools and conducting a review mechanism. Co-design and roll out capability-building programs for the entire channel ecosystem (channel community, distributors, sales force) to accelerate strategic initiatives. Act as key regional stakeholder in driving or supporting global, regional and country-led channel-related projects from scoping to full implementation. Enhance data intelligence in channel management, and actively drive relevant digitalization/AI initiatives, e.g. development of new data analytical tools. Lead and/or contribute to the engagement of external stakeholders for various business tasks, i.e. 3rd party service vendors, delivering service excellence and full compliance to Henkel standards. What makes you a good fit Min. Bachelor’s degree, Master or MBA a plus. 8+ years of relevant work experience in channel management, sales and/or business development with MNCs. Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills. Excellent structural and strategic thinking capability. Strong analytical and data processing skills. Strong team collaboration. Fluent English skills.
