Responsibilities
  • Channel Development & Management
  • Identify, onboard, and grow key channel partners (distributors, resellers, and system integrators) in the retail segment across SEA & ANZ.
  • Develop joint go-to-market plans with partners to accelerate Elo’s adoption in retail.
  • Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Market Penetration & Growth
  • Drive Elo’s retail solutions into Tier 1 and Tier 2 retail accounts (e.g., fashion, F&B/QSR, supermarkets, pharmacies, convenience stores).
  • Develop strong market intelligence and identify new opportunities for Elo hardware and solutions.
  • Actively monitor competitor activities and position Elo as the preferred choice.
  • Account Engagement
  • Support direct engagement with strategic retailers to influence technology adoption and digital transformation roadmaps.
  • Collaborate closely with Elo’s global account and solutions teams to align regional opportunities with corporate strategies.
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews with key partners and retailers.
  • Execution & Results
  • Meet or exceed sales and pipeline development targets.
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management using Elo’s CRM tools.
  • Represent Elo at key retail industry events, exhibitions, and partner forums.
