Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Regional Sales Channel Manager is responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability and growth by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services to new and existing agents.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

  • Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales quota by creating and managing a team of agents/partners to sell for Access One.
  • Develop an adequate pipeline/funnel by making telephone and personal calls and presentations to agent and their customers.
  • Prepare and present professional proposals specific to the customer by assessing their technology needs and providing solutions utilizing Access One products and services.
  • Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and developing new Agents. Specifically, train the agents on products and pricing. Provide ongoing agent channel management by tacking productivity and making program modifications when necessary.
  • Plan and organize a sales strategy that will result in the achievement of sales quota.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Provide management oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, market situation, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services.
  • Keep abreast of changes in technology that affect applications in the assigned product lines.
