Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Regional Chef In Training to join our Earls’ Fast Track Program, designed to accelerate high-performing leaders into key leadership roles. This program offers a structured development plan where you are empowered to drive operational excellence, inspire your team, and elevate the guest experience across your region.
The successful candidate must be passionate and relentless in their pursuit of delivering perfect service and food to each guest and developing future leaders for their region and organization as a whole. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- A proven track record in culinary leadership and people development, with at least 2 years of experience in high-volume, mult-concept or multi-unit environments
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Proven results in delivering food cost and labor targets, along with extensive experience managing budgets, cost controls, and profitability for large-scale operations
- A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests
- A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship
- The ability to legally work in CanadaRed Seal Certified
