REGIONAL CLINIC MANAGER – LEEDS & MANCHESTER - AESTHETICS & BEAUTY

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonus.
On-Target Earnings (OTE): £42,000-£45,000

Locations: Leeds & Manchester (covering both clinics)

• Managing the day-to-day operations of two busy clinics (Manchester and Leeds), ensuring smooth running across all aspects from staff scheduling and rotas to stock ordering and equipment maintenance.
• Driving clinic performance by confidently achieving financial targets and identifying new opportunities to grow revenue and improve client satisfaction.
• Leading, motivating, and supporting diverse teams of aesthetic therapists, beauty consultants, and front-of-house professionals—holding regular 1-2-1s (every 6 months) and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Overseeing diary management, including authorising holidays and maintaining efficient, up-to-date rotas to meet client demand.
• Handling operational management needs such as inventory control, ensuring products and consumables are ordered correctly and cost-effectively.
• Acting as the first point of escalation for client complaints, resolving issues calmly and professionally to uphold the clinic’s reputation for exceptional service.
• Reviewing performance metrics, tracking daily sales and feedback, and working closely with your teams to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with all health & safety and industry regulations across both locations.
