Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Clinic Manager to oversee operations for our pain management clinics in Fresno, Madera, and Visalia. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient clinic operations, high-quality patient care, and strong team performance, working closely with Clinic Leads at each location and upper management. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational, people-management, and healthcare compliance experience who thrives in a multi-site environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of multiple pain management clinics to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance Partner with Clinic Leads to support staffing, scheduling, workflows, and patient experience Serve as a liaison between clinic teams and upper management to align operational goals and initiatives Monitor clinic performance metrics, productivity, and patient satisfaction; implement improvements as needed Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies, and clinical best practices Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of clinic staff in collaboration with Clinic Leads Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements across all locations Assist with budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation Travel between Fresno, Madera, and Visalia clinics as needed Coordinate with providers, billing, and administrative teams to optimize operations and revenue cycle performance Address patient concerns and operational issues promptly and professionally Conduct regular site visits and meetings with Clinic Leads to ensure alignment and accountability Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off and holidays Dental, Medical, Vision Health benefits Supportive and professional work environment Requirements Qualifications Minimum 2 years of healthcare management experience, preferably in pain management or specialty practice settings Proven experience managing multiple clinic locations or teams Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of healthcare operations, compliance, and patient care standards Ability to work collaboratively with clinical staff, clinic leads, and executive leadership Proficiency with EHR systems and healthcare management software preferred Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between clinic locations Preferred Experience Experience in pain management, orthopedics, or specialty medical practices Background in operational improvement or multi-site healthcare leadership
