We’re looking for a Regional Clinical Manager to lead clinical support, education, and evidence generation for our Advanced Wound Management portfolio. This role is ideal for an experienced clinician who thrives at the intersection of clinical practice and commercial strategy, building strong partnerships with healthcare providers, KOLs, and internal teams to drive product adoption and improve patient outcomes. What will you need to be successful? Act as the clinical expert for advanced wound care in your region Delivery of impactful training, workshops, and bedside education for HCPs, distributors, and sales teams Support product adoption and key account conversions with hands-on clinical expertise Collaborate with KOLs, societies, and investigators to generate real-world evidence Provide clinical insights into Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Regulatory teams Ensure compliance with local regulations, governance, and ethical standards Successful candidates would need the following: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing, Medicine, or related healthcare field Five years or more experience in clinical, educational, or sales support roles in medical devices or healthcare Proven background in wound care, surgery, or related specialties Skilled trainer with excellent presentation and communication skills Flexibility to travel up to 50% across the region Multilingual abilities relevant to the region You.
