Job Description Position Title: Regional Clinical Manager Department: MDS-AAD Location: Kolkata Reports to: Regional Sales Manager Qualification: MBBS & MBA (Preferable) / Nursing Experience: 5-7 Years of Experience in Pharmaceutical / Healthcare Industry Principal Responsibilities Conduct Clinical Marketing Education Programs, Live workshops , Seminars, Round Table Meetings, Promotional Events and In-service Programs ( ISPs) in the respective region in order to improve MDS -AAD value proposition amongst both clinical and economic buyers, by engaging KOLs towards MDS-AAD business outcome and achieve regional business objectives. Clinical capability building (administering trainings, continuous evaluation) amongst regional MDS -AAD direct selling organization and amongst channel partners in line with the country clinical objectives in order to enhance their ability to adequately differentiate the brand MDS -AAD in the market and thus achieve targeted business outcomes. Train HCPs on product use techniques through live workshops. Creating and implementing the regional calendar of engagements with the potential / existing customers in order to create strong brand awareness and creating door openers at the relevant levels. Support / assist sales organization with product evaluations, clinical audits in hospitals, setting protocols and processes in hospitals and 'critical to business' technical challenges (including but not limited to troubleshooting and product applications) in order to attain high levels of product penetration, query resolution and trouble free product application. Leading key customer relationship management and creation of regional KOL network in order to ensure usage of full array of MDS -AAD products. Coordinate on the timely completion of clinical /economic studies initiated in the region in order to ensure that the clinical / economic studies planned for the year are completed within the stipulated timelines. Conduct Induction Training Programs (Clinical & Product Training) to Sales Organization, provide clinical Updates, annual / quarterly Product refreshers and run Clinical Proficiency Tests on a need basis / from time to time. Responsibilities
The role involves conducting clinical marketing education programs and workshops to improve the value proposition of MDS-AAD products. It also focuses on building clinical capabilities within the sales organization and managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
