  • 4+ years of experience and understanding of colours with a passion for design (creative/style driven/art direction).
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Has a strong eye for design and is creative by nature.
  • A strong communicator, able to inspire various target groups such as media, influencers, architects, and interior designers.
  • Proficiency in working cross-functionally to manage projects and launches.
  • Strong creative and visual abilities.
  • Arabic speaking is a must.

Responsibilities

As a Regional Colour Manager, you will be managing and promoting Jotun colour concepts and tools to strengthen our position as the leading colour expert across the Middle East, India, and Africa (MEIA) Region. You will collaborate with global, regional, and local colour experts, as well as marketing teams, media, influencers, architects, and designers to drive brand positioning in colour, design, and premium finishes.
This role reports to the Regional Colour Marketing Manager - MEIA, and is based in Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities

  • Promote Jotun’s leadership in colour, design, and home décor across the MEIA region, positioning it as the preferred paint brand for both professionals and consumers.
  • Track global and regional colour and design trends to develop relevant palettes, tools, and communication materials that support profitable growth.
  • Collaborate with local markets and the Global/ regional team to develop and implement inspiring colour palettes, finishes, and tools tailored to interior, exterior, and other Jotun segments.
  • Represent the MEIA region in global colour trend and concept development projects, sharing regional insights and ensuring alignment with global direction.
  • Create impactful content, events, presentations, and training to engage media, influencers, architects, designers, and end users, inspiring them to choose Jotun colours for homes and projects.
  • Actively participate in creating connections in the design world & collaborate with Design events and professionals.
