ABOUT THE ROLE

As Regional Commercial Director, you will be responsible for driving the overall commercial performance of our hotels across The Netherlands, Belgium, Finland, Sweden, and Spain. You will oversee the strategy and execution of Sales, Revenue Management, and Marketing, ensuring that all activities align with our business objectives and deliver results in terms of revenue, market share, and profitability.
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping regional commercial strategies, translating them into clear performance plans, and delivering tangible results. This involves analysing market trends, optimizing distribution and pricing, driving proactive sales initiatives, strengthening customer engagement, and ensuring effective marketing execution to fuel both short- and long-term growth. In doing so, the Director collaborates closely with commercial discipline leaders, leveraging their expertise to maximize impact.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement regional and hotel-level commercial strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead accurate forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking to meet revenue and market share targets.
  • Maximize total hotel revenue opportunities through impactful commercial initiatives.
  • Oversee pricing and inventory strategies to ensure optimal yield and competitiveness.
  • Strengthen relationships with key accounts, partners, and stakeholders while achieving sales targets.
  • Deliver reports, insights, and analytics to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a commercial liaison with Hotel Operations, ensuring alignment of priorities.
  • Build, manage, and develop a high-performing regional commercial team across Sales, Revenue, and Marketing.
