Role Overview The Regional Commercial Manager will be responsible for leading commercial activities across assigned countries, developing growth strategies, and strengthening market presence through effective partnerships and channel management. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement regional commercial and sales strategies Drive revenue growth and market expansion across assigned territories Manage distributor, partner, and key customer relationships Lead commercial negotiations and support pricing strategies Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution Prepare commercial performance reports and forecasts Candidate Profile Proven experience in commercial management, sales, or business development roles Regional exposure within the Middle East is preferred Background in pet care, animal health, FMCG, or related industries is an advantage Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and analytical skills Ability to operate independently in a regional role Willingness to travel as required What's On Offer Opportunity to join a growing, innovative business in the pet industry Regional scope with high commercial impact Competitive package (details to be discussed at a later stage)
