TEMPORARY CONTRACT

The Regional Communication & Product Manager (RCPM) is responsible for activating and implementing marketing activities within the Southern Europe Region (Italy, Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Greece, and former Yugoslav countries).
The RCPM works closely with the Regional Marketing Director (RMD) at both a strategic and tactical level to launch new product categories and manage existing ones, in alignment with central marketing directives. Additionally, the RCPM prepares, guides, and oversees the execution of European promotions and campaigns within each country, ensuring they are carried out consistently with the central strategies and plans.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, pivot tables, and formulas).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent project management and organizational abilities.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

The RCPM will also:

• Support the TMM (Italy) in the creation of catalog pages.
• Assist the TMM (Italy) in the development of price lists.
• Actively participate in defining marketing plans alongside the RMD.
