Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop and implement regional compensation and benefits strategies aligned with global HR policies and business goals.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and research to ensure competitive and equitable pay and benefits packages.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and senior leaders to design and manage salary frameworks, incentive schemes, and employee benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, taxation, and relevant regulations across the region, especially in India.
  • Serve as the regional subject matter expert, advising HR and management on C&B matters.
  • Analyze compensation trends and data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead the administration and annual review processes for employee benefits, salary adjustments, and bonuses.
  • Oversee vendor relationships for benefits providers, negotiating for cost-effective and high-quality service.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in compensation and benefits management, ideally at a regional or global level.
  • Strong understanding of compensation structures, benefits administration, and labor regulations (India labor law knowledge is a plus).
  • Analytical and data-driven with strong Excel/HRIS experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work cross-culturally and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive HR data.
