Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Regional Compliance, Logistics, and Safety Officer to support our operations across Asia. This role will ensure the effective implementation of compliance frameworks, manage logistics operations, and maintain robust safety protocols to support our mission.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- A bachelor’s degree in Administration, Law, or Business Management
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, procurement processes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage incidents professionally and efficiently.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to diverse cultural environments.
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, donor requirements, and local regulations.
- Conduct periodic compliance audits and provide actionable insights to address gaps.
- Train staff on compliance-related matters and ethical practices.
- Logistics:
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, and supply chain operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure adherence to organizational standards.
- Safety:
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety protocols and emergency response plans.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide guidance on mitigating potential safety risks.
- Act as the focal point for safety-related & Safeguarding concerns and incident reporting in the region.
