Premier’s Department Regional Coordination Officer Statewide You. At the centre of big ideas. Provide policy, project and coordination support to this high-impact team advancing regional priorities. You will bring a positive and customer focused attitude and an understanding of the issues impacting regional communities. Full-time Temporary, Clerk Grade 7/8 opportunity available until 30th June 2027. This role supports NSW Statewide initiatives and can be based out of various NSW office locations. About the Role As a Regional Coordination Officer Statewide you play an integral role in advancing the branch’s priorities by providing advice, undertaking detailed policy and issues analysis, and supporting the development and improvement of administrative procedures, staff engagement, business systems, and reporting initiatives. You’ll coordinate cross-branch input, manage projects, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes for the branch and communities across NSW. You will also assist in the planning and coordination of meetings, workshops, and conferences, by preparing materials and presentations, and helping with logistics to ensure these events run smoothly. This role supports with NSW Statewide initiatives and the NSW office location for the successful candidate is flexible across NSW, regional based applicants are encouraged to apply. Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and navigate sensitive negotiations while delivering quality outputs within tight timeframes Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to collaborate with subject matter experts, researchers and government stakeholders to inform project outcomes Policy Analysis: Experience providing high-quality advice and analysis on regional issues.
