Organizational Context and Scope Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission, the direct supervision of the DCoM Operations and in close coordination with the Head of Programme and Operations, the Program Coordinators (in Kabul) and Heads of Sub-Office in the area of responsibility, the Regional Coordinator will be responsible and accountable for successful coordination, oversight and implementation of IOM’s multi-sectoral programme response in the regional area of responsibility.
Responsibilities
The Regional Coordinator is responsible for the successful coordination, oversight, and implementation of IOM’s multi-sectoral programme response within the assigned region. They will work closely with local authorities, donors, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery in both development and emergency contexts.
