The Regional Operations team ensures that regional approaches and work processes in the Interior Region areas align with FNHA policies and the direction provided by our communities and Nations. Supporting the Vice President, Regional Operations, the team engages and works with other regional Health Authorities, central services, communities, and health system partners.
Title: Regional Coordinator, Urban Away from Home
Salary: $66,597 - $83,246 - $91,571 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: 6 months
Hours: 37.5 hours (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
Location: Park Royal Office, West Vancouver located on the ancestral Coast Salish Territories of the Squamish, Musqueam & Tsleil-Waututh Nations.

As the Regional Coordinator: Urban Away from Home, you will provide coordination, planning, relationship and communications support to the functions of the Regional Office, the Urban and Away-from-Home team, and other FNHA departments as it relates to the urban and away-from-home First Nations population. You will support the work of the region and the inclusion of the urban and away-from-home population in the regional engagement processes as directed by each region’s caucus Terms of Reference. You will support, develop and maintain relationships at the local, regional and provincial levels as part of regional and/or provincial teams, and ensure that the FNHA’s activities complement the existing functions of the Regional Health Authorities, Indigenous service providers, and other organizations as they relate to the urban and away-from-home population.
